You can provide a room in front of your house, so your employees don’t need to come inside your house too often. If you don’t mind, you can ask them to join you eating in your dining room. Don’t expect them to go out during the lunch time all day since bringing their own foods can save a lot of their salary. Therefore, your main focus should be how to make the room as comfortable as possible for both the owner and workers.

But, it’s more important to design how to minimize the costs of the electricity bills. By employing some employees, you should provide several computers that spending much electricity. In order to to help you minimize the cost for the electricity due to a big amount of electricity usage, you can use economy radiators at your home. It also brings another benefit; you can also save the electricity bills at all, not just for the electricity used at the office room.
